Temporary nannies successfully complete our extensive screening process*. Our nannies possess extensive child care experience, and are at least 19 years of age. Candidates are screened in an initial phone interview and a 60 minute personal interview with an employment counselor. Employment history and ability to work in a wide variety of child care situations is assessed. Counselors check 6 child care references on each applicant. Only those rated highly by their references are accepted for placement. |
