 We guarantee our puppies/dogs to be in good health to the best of our knowledge. All to be up-to-date and
free from obvious defects. No guarantee is made on health problems or defects that cannot be detected by a Vet
within three working days, from date of sale. WE WILL NOT REFUND MONEY or EXCHANGE PUPPY because you
have changed your mind for any reason. Minor problems such as Diarrhea, Coccidious, Wormy Stool, etc. are
common and must be treated. Puppies are like children, they are susceptible to pneumonia and other infections
due to drafts, cold temperatures, etc. These conditions are the responsibility of the purchaser and should be
checked by a Vet. This also includes Parvo or Corona virus. Pleas make sure you follow up on the puppy's
shots.

 No monies will be refunded. MINOR HEALTH PROBLEMS THAT CAN BE CURED BY
MEDICATION OR SURGERY ARE NOT COVERED by any guarantee. ALL VET BILLS ARE THE 
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. Puppies are PET QUALITY.

Nakhs Kennel is NOT RESPONSIBLE for anything that may happen to the puppy/dog after it leaves their
property. Please, I again remind you to make sure you follow up on the puppy's/dog's shots.

Dogs/puppies are to be fed a proper and nutritious diet. Improperly cared for dogs are subject to many
health problems. I reserve the right to repossess any abused or neglected animals purchased from my kennel. If
you feel unable or unwilling to care for the animal, it is to be returned and no refund will be given.
