A few general questions that I think my employers might have in mind. Q: How important of a part would I consider myself to be to an employer? A: I would consider myself to be the art piece my employer has spent time filling experience into. Hence, I would like to be as productive as possible and become a vital part of the organization I am going to be working for. Q: Do I see a difference between 'RISK' and 'UNCERTAINITY'? Should I take risk making important decisions or make decisions under uncertain circumstances? A: I view anything as a risk which would keep me from providing my employer 100% yet, risks sometimes can be taken in order to achieve the maximum possible yield for the organization. While, I think uncertainity is the condition when I fail to gather all possibilities. Q: How important do I consider team work to be? A: Team work to me is an imperative part of life where people get to learn how to share thoughts, deal with disagreement. Team work enables a person to flourish their leading capabilities as well as enhance their subordinate duty tackling. Q: Where do I see myself after 5 years within a certain organization? A: After 5 years, I would like to view myself as being a productive part of the organization helping in training and learning for my co-workers and being able to maximize the organization's productivity. |
