I have struggled for years to find my own enlightenment. I recently read a book by Eckhart Tolle called "The Power of NOW".
If you are on a path of self-realisation this book can truly benefit you.
I have begun to put into practice some of Tolle's theories, and already can see their advantageous effects in my life (in my head).
We all need to grow as much as possible, individually, to affect change and save our faultering species.
