Culture is the history of a society and reflects its social past. Pakistani culture is the sum-total of the different aspects of culture, ways of life, religious, ceremonies, customs, dress, language, architecture, art, poetry, literature, folksongs, scripture etc.

Heritage has a great effect on framing culture of a nation. Culture is also a function of civilization , both modern and ancient. A nation is recognized by its culture.

Pakistan's culture is the sum-total, a harmonious blending of the Islamic civilisation, the Islamic way of life, the cultural heritage spreading a period of several thousand of years, comprising of the great Indus valley civilization, the Muslim period of history and the European influence of ideas of thought.
