Netiquette	Description
Be careful when using sarcasm and humor	Stop giving a sarcastic response. It can encourage someone to continue talking to you rather than feeling embarrased, frustrated or ashamed. It might be misinterpreted. Use emoticons to express emotion.
Avoid using too many IM Acronyms	Do not use lightly coloured or unreadable fonts. It's annoying. Always say "Goodbye" or "TTYL", don't just suddenly sign off your IM client.
