As part of MIT's Global Entrepreneurship class, I traveled with four fellow MBA students to Uruguay to work at a company called Scanntech.
Before I got to Uruguay, I spent a week and a half in Argentina. Having already been there two years before, I decided to spend the bulk of my time near the Andes in the scenic town, Mendoza.
It was refreshing to be back on the backpack circuit, even if it was only for a short time. Traveling alone again reminded me of days gone by, where it was me against the world...

In the Aconcagua park is a natural stone bridge shown above, which was carved out by thermal waters as shown by the hot spring below.

On my final day in Mendoza, I took a tour of the vineyards that had supplied the wine that my belly had become intimately familiar with.
