Europe is one of those places that I find myself in time and time again.
It started when I was 18 and traveled alone for the first time, and has continued as I returned to cover more territory, go fjord hoping, visit family, eat tapas and laze on the beach.
Of course, having a sister that lived in Paris and a cousin in Amsterdam also helped encourage further European encounters. In Europe, I have visited a total of 23 countries. Unfortunately, despite the enormous pile of photos that came out of these trips, I have not yet had a chance to scan most of them.

Is it Europe or Asia? Well, on this site, it's Europe. Sara and I take in the city, ruins and beaches of Turkey.

It is said that before long, Croatia will become a major hotspot again as visitors return to this beautiful country. Sara and I decided
to beat the rush and take in a small taste of Hungary on route.

One of my favorite parts of the dot com era was the in-between jobs advertures. On this one, my buddy Steve and I journied from Madrid down through Southern Spain. It was an epic that will not be easily forgotten.
