Tara's Easy Summer Squares
THE STUFF:
2 - cans of crescent rolls
1 & 1/2 - 8 oz. bars of cream cheese
1 - small jar of marshmallow fluff
2 - Nature's Valley Honey Oat granola bars
1 - pint of strawberries
1 - pint of blueberries
1 - star fruit
1 - kiwi


THE PLAN:
1)  Spread the cresent rolls out flat onto greased cookie sheets and bake as indicated on the can's directions.  Set aside to cool.

2)  Microwave the cream cheese for a few seconds just to get it soft.  Then beat in the jar of fluff.  Set aside in fridge to cool.

3)  Grind up granola bars to crumb-size.  I have one of those hand-crank grinders that works quite nicely.  If you don't have that, try just a few seconds in a food processor, or putting the bars in a baggie and beating with a wooden spoon.

4)  Wash fruit.  Chop up strawberry, kiwi, and star fruit slices.

5)  Spread cream cheese & fluff mixture on the flattened crescent rolls.  Then immidiately sprinkle with granola.  Then cover with blueberries.

6)  Cut each cresent roll into four rows of four.  Then garnish with remaining fruit.  Makes about 32 - 1 1/2" X 3" bars.
Tara's Easy Veggie Pizzas
THE STUFF:
2 - cans of crescent rolls
1 & 1/2 - 8 oz. bars of cream cheese
A sprinkle of galic salt
1 - container of Bison vegetable dip
1 - cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Fresh sliced mushrooms
Fresh sliced carrots
Fresh sliced & diced tomatoes
Fresh chopped broccli
Fresh chopped green peppers


THE PLAN:
1)  Spread the cresent rolls out flat onto greased cookie sheets.  Sprinkle with garlic salt.  Bake as indicated on the can's directions.  Set aside to cool.

2)  Microwave the cream cheese for a few seconds just to get it soft.  Then beat in the container of vegetable dip.  Set aside in fridge to cool.

3)  Wash and chop up all the veggies.

4)  Spread the cream cheese & djp mixture on the flattened crescent rolls.  Then immidiately sprinkle with shredded cheese and carrots.

6)  Cut each cresent roll into four rows of four.  Then garnish with remaining vegetables.  Makes about 32 - 1 1/2" X 3" bars.


Here's the best part . . . alter either recipe and make it your own!!  Use what ever toppings you prefer and then you can rename the recipe to be your own creation.  Yaye!!
