The kind of supervisor I work best with is one with an open door policy and that is interested in their employees work. They are interested in seeing their employees succeed in their tasks and are there to assist the employee in advancing in the company.

My goals can be obtained by finishing my degree and working hard to advance in my skill area.

I am more energized by working with other individuals. I enjoy expressing my ideas and knowledge on a project and hearing the ideas of others. I feel that I learn well from the knowledge and experience of others.
What steps do you follow to study a problem before making a decision.
Research the causes, gather solutions, question the solution as to whether or not it answers the problem, examine the impacts that the solution may have, determine the costs of the solution, determine the benefits of the solution, and seek approval for the solution.
At what point did you choose this career?
I chose this career when I went to work for a technical company that required the knowledge of the computing and technical field.
What do you think it takes to be successful in this career?
To be successful in this career, you must stay current with the latest technologies. You must be willing to try and to learn new things. You must be goal oriented and still keep the customers needs as first priority.
Do you have the qualifications and personal characteristics necessary for success in your chosen career?
I will have my Bachelors in Information Technology. I have 4 years of experience in a technical job. I work in a customer oriented position. I continue to work on obtaining leadership skills that will help me to succeed.
