If you are new to this website, I recommend that you read this, please! Or else you probably won't get what the heck this fan-fiction is about.
"My Sacrifice" didn't start as "My Sacrifice." This isn't just some ordinary story created by me. It was actually an RP that me and Mike started when we were in middle school. That RP was called Zokujin, and was created by Caitlin Stewart.
Actually, everything that happened to Hikaru before she and Cloud reunited, happened before I even introduced Mike to the Zokujin site. Cloud wasn't originally in the RP until Mike came along. So then we created the meaning for why Hikaru was in Zokujin, and everything kind of branched off from there. We figured that Tifa would move into Hikaru's old house when Kotake vanished, thus beginning the story of Final Fantasy VII. The FF7 story is a little off in My Sacrifice though. The length of the adventure and the ages of everyone differ. Also, for this story, the storylines of Advent Children and Kingdom Hearts are NOT included. Forget they ever happened while reading this!
Originally, I RPed Hikaru and Yuna. Mike RPed everyone else. Cassandra was RPed by my extremely old oekaki friend LavenderCharizard, whom I can't seem to reach anymore. Kaiken was Rped by Caitlin Stewart, and Raistlin, Demonu, and Silvara were RPed by their creators. About the whole fight with Loki that they were preparing for... I have no idea how it ended, so I wasn't going to fool around with that, and Mike and I just stuck to our own story.
Eventually it became so epic that I really wanted to create my own written, novel-style version of the site. So here we are. After many years of re-making the site, and irresponsible losses of my chapters, I think the site is finally up to stay for good now. So enjoy!
