The Rescue

Eleasias 6-7

To earn the favor of the temple of Mystra, Dane works in their inner sanctum while the rest of the party visits communities outside the town proper inviting those with magical talents to come to the temple (having defected from Amn, which prohibited magic without registration, to Tethyr, the town of Riatavin is now freer and able to have a temple to Mystra).

Eleasias 8

The party pays the temple 3000 gold and is teleported to the temple in Zazzespur. The party looks to find lodging and explore around the city. Everyone's nerves are on edge.

Eleasias 9

The party stays on guard but nothing suspicious occurs. Portia (with Monjhi) believes she spotted Davis in the busy streets but when they try to follow, they lose him in a side alley with no obvious means of exit. A quick search reveals nothing and they return to the inn to avoid surprise encounters. 

Conor meets with one of his other friends in the city, Sabrina. She is glad to see him in one piece but has not seen Selena recently. 

The party then stealthily makes their way to Selena's apartment. They discover that the place has been ransacked. They also find that a holy symbol of Bane; a not so pleasant portent. 

With Dane as negotiator, they return to the temple of Mystra and attempt to scry for Selena's location based on her possessions and the holy symbol. Unfortunately, nothing is seen.
