Well, here we are again. Nearly midway through The Fading and only just now the book finally warms with its new additions. Day and night I sit with my hand upon the tome that I might know the exact moment of The Warming. It's been so long. I thought that perhaps the enchantment had somehow weakened or even ceased altogether. Imagine my relief when, just this morning during my repast, I felt that tell-tale heat and was overjoyed.

So what's new? Plenty ...

There's a bounty of things to look at, including a brand new map and some more journal entries from Mar as he sheds a dim and disturbing light on Balek's past.

Dane's story has finally appeared; an interesting, though mysterious story of his discovery of the Wonders of Mystra.

Although only a few have been added to the list of Important Faerunians, -- I wonder why my name isn't there yet ... oh well ... soon -- they seem to be very significant in the lives of our illustrious adventurers.

As expected, the history of things just past is also nearly caught up to us. Heh, those brigands didn't know what they'd bitten off when they decided to waylay the Myriad Veritas.

There's more to come I think. The Book remains Warm...
