All artwork on this site is copyrighted 2008.

Any artwork from other sites is referenced as required and permition for the artwork to be displayed has been granted (if required).

Any artwork created here can only be used if you ask my permission to use it (for non commercial purposes) and you acknowledge the source of the art work as this web page.

All art work used from here (for non commercial uses) must have a direct link to this web site and acknowledge that this web site is the source of the artwork and that the artwork is copyrighted.

Commercial use of art work from this site will requite you to contact me and enter into a contract that specify things like payments for use of art for a set period of time, acknowledgements of creator of art, description of what commercial use the art will be used for and so forth.

RULES TO EVERYTHING

1.) You may use my avatars and signatures on your myspace, facebook, forums and etc sites.
2.) Always GIVE ME CREDIT by stating where you got it (www.sample.com) and or the name of the creator (creator name) with using my work please!
3.) DO NOT HOST ANY OF MY ARTWORK ON A HOSTING SITE! Such as imageshack, photobucket, or gallery sites. If you want to save them, put them in a folder on your computer.
4.) You may not claim or redistribute anything as your own.
5.) You can not reproduce or copy my artwork.
6.) You can not edit my artwork in any way.

Wallpapers:

1.) Always GIVE ME CREDIT by stating where you got it (www.sample.com) and or the name of the creator (Creator Name or Nickname) with using my wallpapers please!
2.) DO NOT HOST ANY OF MY WALLS ON A HOSTING SITE! Such as imageshack, photobucket, or gallery sites. If you want to save them, put them in a folder on your computer.
3.) The wallpapers here are meant to be used only as your desktop on your computer and put no where else.
4.) Do not upload my wall to a wallpapering or gallery site and claim it as your own. I am on a lot of those sites and will catch you!
5.) DO NOT RIP MY ARTWORK! Ripping is when; you take my artwork and claim it as your own, extract the character image from my wallpaper, use any part of my wall as a piece of your own artwork, edit my work in any way and claim it as your own.
6.) You may not claim or redistribute them as your own.

PNGs and Textures:

1.) Always GIVE ME CREDIT by stating where you got it (www.sample.com) and or the name of the creator (creator name or nick name) with using my work please!
2.) You can use them in anything you wish such as making your own signatures and avatars but you must credit me!
3.) You may not claim or redistribute them as your own.
4.) You can not edit my pngs or textures in any way and claim them as yours, or think you don't have to credit me because you have edited them in some way, they take a lot of time to extract and create so CREDIT ME PLEASE!

Terms of Making a link to this web site

Some web sites even make conditions of who is allowed to directly link to a web site. I can not see the point of this, but I suppose that there must be a good reason for them to make a request like this.

Examples of conditions might be:

Only link to this site if you (example only)

•  must notify me by email and get my permition to make the link

•  have 10 or more pages on your site

•  If you update your site at least two times a week

•  and so on
