| Five Little Speckled Frogs The children in my class love this display. During choosing time many of them come here to sing the song and use the props * Reinforcemnt of counting 1 - 5 * Counting back from 5 * Sharing with others * Use of props * Singing songs (This display was along side the Life cycle of a frog) |
| Incy Wincy Spider A great Interactive display. Children made the bricks for the wall and the rain drops dangling down I have placed it in MD because the focus fo the display was up and down. There is a large plstic spider attached to the drain pipe, for the children to pull up and down when saying the rhyme |

| Hands and Feet on Windows The windows in this classroom are absolutely huge, so I wanted to think of a way lower the height of the classroom by using the windows. In numeracy we were looking at positional language so the children made their foot and hand prints and stated something about the postioning e.g my red foot print is next to my blue foot print These activites made such a mess .... but it was most enjoyed by the class nursery nurse. |

| Round and Round the Garden & Teddy Bears Picnic We linked these to areas together to make the display more meaningful to the children. The idea of Round and Round the garden was taken from a display book. The disk in the center of the display is turnable and for use whilst the children recite the rhyme. There are also a range of teddies for them to use and Teddy Bear books. |
