Goal:
To set up a new French Restaurant Brand in
Tribeca area of New York. To attract the up-market customer. |
Concept:
The restaurant's concept is simple. The
atmosphere has to be a little French-looking and neoclassical.
Instead of a full, set menu, they want to be a bit
more inventive. The only set courses on their menu are five dishes
that are typical delicacies from France. These dishes can be ordered
all year round. In addition, varied French food is served, depending
on the season and the chef's mood. All the prices include the number
"5."
The two owners welcome up-market guests of all
ages, preferably rich ¡X the food is very expensive. They also
expect guests to enjoy experimental, contemporary jazz music. The
restaurant will feature live music every night. |
Background:
Two chefs, Jean
Claude Baptiste and Vincent Rappaport, who happen to be jazz
musicians from France, are planning to open a new restaurant in
Tribeca, New York. The location is across from the Franklin St.
Subway Station.
