Chicken Chop Suey
Heat oil in wok and add chicken slices. Stir fry until golden browned. Add celery, onion and mushrooms. Stir fry until onion is golden brown.

Add Chinese cabbage and bamboo shoots and stir fry for 5 minutes.

In 1 C water add soy sauce, powdered chicken soup and flour. Mix well so ther eare no lumps. Add to the chicken stir fry and cook until the mixture thickens ( about 3 minutes. )

Serve over
White Rice or Chinese Fried Rice.
3 T oil
2 C chicken breast ( sliced into 1 1/2" x 1/4" slices )
1/2 C water chessnut
( sliced )
1/2 C celery ( chopped )
1/2 C onion ( chopped )
1/2 C mushrooms ( chopped )
2 C Chinese cabbage
( chopped )
2 C bamboo shoots
1/4 C soy sauce
1 T powdered chicken soup
1 C water
2 T flour
