| 1 Sweetdough recipe Oil for deep frying Favorite jelly or Vanilla Pudding or Any pudding of choice powdered sugar |
| Prepare sweetdough recipe, let rise once. Roll into large 1" thick circle on a floured surface and cut into rounds. For doughnuts with holes, use a big cutter or glass for outer circle, and a smaller one for the hole. Be careful to center nicely. Let rise for 1/2 hour. Heat deep frying oil, keep on medium flame so the doughnuts have time to fully cook inside.. With a spatula flip upside-down into oil. Fry each side until evenly golden. Drain on paper towels. Cool before filling. With a cake decorator, squeeze jelly or pudding deep into the center of the doughnut. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. |
