You can find Kobe-chan recipes on the internet. Isn't that cool?? This is my collection of them.

An Iron Chef Fansite has a recipe for Basic Pasta. How cool!! You might need this if you're reverse-engineered recipes with pasta in them, since Kobe makes a pasta dish in almost every battle.

Richard-Ginori Japan (Japanese) - An image says in English, "Richard Ginori Special Recipe By Masahiko Kobe". (Who's Richard Ginori?) There's a brief thing about Kobe's culinary history, then some recipes. But guess what? They're all in Japanese! But I'll learn someday... btw, I think that the Carpaccio Salad of Omar Shrimp looks the best of the Kobechan Richard-Ginori recipes.
The first recipe is Carpaccio Salad of Omar Shrimp. I've heard of Omar Lobster, and Babel Fish just gave me "omaaru shrimp". I guessed at first that it was Omaaru or Omaru Shrimp, then I thought it was Omal Shrimp. But alas, I don't know all that much about shrimp, and I'm just guessing that it's Omar Shrimp. Speaking of Babel Fish, I tried to translate the recipe here.
The second recipe is... please help me if you can, I think it says Kyi Alan Ni, Cream source of penne floor condition, Steaming ones of the scallop which was wrapped with the flower zucchini. That's a long title. It also made no sense. I translate the name of one of the ingredients used in this recipe (we will call it Kyi Alan Ni for short) with Babel Fish, and the translation said "United States". o.O;
The third recipe is Zuwaigani, Tortelli of potato. It took me a moment to realize that "toruterri" was Tortelli, but what's Zuwaigani?
Fourth recipe is Konpejishiioone of rabbit. It always makes me curious what Konpejishiioone is. The Final recipe is Grape jelly and moose of blueberry. Wow, Babel Fish translated all that by itself! Yay for Babel Fish.

G-Chef.Com has got lots of Kobe-chan recipes (as well as recipes from Chen Kenichi, Sakai Hiroyuki, Kumagai Kihachi, Nakamura Koumei, Koyama Hirohisa, and Ishinabe Yutaka--We know some of these people, btw). It's got two lists, one in Japanese and one in English. The English list, which has recipes from all the chefs who have teamed up with the site, says at the top, "The entire selection of G-chef recipes are listed below.". However, the English list has only about 6 Kobe-chan recipes out of about at least 39 listed on the Japanese list. They'll get to them in time, though. So far, the recipes from Kobe-chan on the English list are Crispy Risotto with 4 kinds of Mushrooms, Beef Carpaccio, Cappuccio Pannacotta, Warm Vegetable Salad with Poached Egg, Potato-crusted Sole with Balsamic Vinegar Dressing, and Apple Caramel Zabaglione.

Wooden Chef is a fun little game you can try to play while watching Iron Chef. It can sometimes take you four hours to make half the dishes an Iron Chef makes in an hour, but that's okay! Kobe-chan recipes include some from Watari Crab Battle, Tomato Battle ("Oh look, I was just holding the theme ingredient!"), Eggplant Battle, and Round Eggplant Battle.

Iron Chef Reverse-Engineered Recipes - The mother of all Iron Chef recipes, in my view at least. So why is it all the way at the bottom? So far, there's Ham Rolls with Cutlet Soup from the Fatty Tuna Battle, and Roast Duck and Mango Tortellini ("Tortellini is better than tortilla! ^-^") from the Mango Battle.

Speaking of reverse-engineering, I reversed-engineered an Iron Chef recipe on my own!! From the Pumpkin Battle, I present with slight pride, Pumpkin Cappuccino. Everyone's favourite Dolche! Or is it Dolce? Anyways, don't let the name fool you. It has no coffee in it as far as I know. It does have wine, though.
