BMWs experience a 21% drivetrain loss so in this chart, 184.3 to the wheels translates roughly to 223 hp at the crank (for comparison sake, a 330Ci puts 225hp to the crank) and torque translates to 205.7 at the crank. This are the actual horsepower figures meaning that these numbers take into consideration the temperature, humidity, etc that day. Obviously this means this figure can change with that day's conditions. More hp on a colder day, less on a hot humid one. This day it was 70 degrees.
These are the SAE numbers which are corrected for any atmospheric conditions. Therefore for tuning purposes, this is the number I want to use as a baseline as I continue to modify my car. This way I have an apples to apples comparison, since most likely I won't have the same test conditions that I had this day.

To the crank, these numbers translate to:
215hp
198.3 tq
