| Current Plan: Create a setting where great bonds between kids are formed through a structured cycling program guided by the principals above. Coach the members of our team in physical training cycling skills and racing tactics and strategy. Equip our practice squad with single speed road bikes for training purposes Future Plans: 2009/2010 - Organize a 12, 13 & 14 youth cycling group into a formal training squad. 2011/2012 - Continuing the development of our 12, 13 & 14 training squad and organize and support a 15/16 USA cycling Cat 5 race team. |
