INFORMATION

• The lead singer of the band Shy, Veruca was a student at U.C. Sunnydale who briefly connected with Oz a few weeks into their first semester together. They had previously met, but Oz grew attracted to Veruca and was desperate to understand why. Veruca was in fact a werewolf, but unlike Oz she had no compulsion to lock herself up in a cage and instead wandered freely around Sunnydale regardless of the consequences. When Oz trapped her in his cage, he gave in to his animalistic passions and the pair consummated their bond. Willow stumbled across them, and attempted to curse them both. Veruca caught her in the act and tried to kill her, but Oz, in full werewolf form, killed Veruca before she could.
