HIBERNIAN OLYMPIC ARCHERY DELEGATION
Director: Paul Flaherty Head Trainer: Mary Dean

The Highland Toxophilites (f. 1807), Woodmen of Tiller Hill (f. 1845) and the Hibernian Company of Archers (f. 1796) in Cimmarron survive to this day to illustrate some of the ceremonial and historical activities of the earliest sporting societies
The Grand Hibernian Archery Society was originally founded in 1901, at a meeting held at the Leistern Tavern in Kilney, following events initiated in 1897, when the first Grand Hibernian Archery Meeting was held on the Lindsey Field outside Kilney.
