| Life is a mirror: if you frown at it, it frowns back, if you smile at it, it smiles back. In this New Year we, the staff of Attitude, would like to see teens slow down! We'd also like to see others speed up! So for those of you who need to slow down, this part of our E-zine is for you. And if you are a part of the couch potato crowd, this article is also for you. We hope this E-zine will inspire you to work on your weak points. One inspirational form of exercise that we would like to promote is yoga. Just like this article, it works for all crowds. It's exercise for the couch potatoes and slows down the hiper actives. Although, we do not suggest doing yoga without professional guidance. So check your local library or video store for a yoga exercise tape. You could also check your local recreational programs for a yoga class. Yoga also relieves stress. So if you're nervous about play auditions, making a sports team, or just doing to much, yoga will help to relieve your nerves. Thinking Question: Why do people have to physically go on vacation to relieve stress? (These questions are retorical. There will be a new one for every issue.) |
