A) It was resolved that there shall be six voting members consisting of one representative from each ensemble.

C) It was resolved to participate in Clubs Fest 2002 in a combined representation of all the ensembles and the newly formed council.
B) It was resolved to hold the next meeting in September 2002 within the first few weeks.
2. NEXT MEETING:
The unofficial date of the first meeting of the McMaster Music Council 2002 - 2003 year is Thursday, September 12, 2002 in TOGO. The date may change according to availability of rooms and students' schedules.
The meeting is open to all students who want to attend. All Music students are encouraged to attend because it will benifit the council, the students and there will be a meet and greet with games from our music frosh leaders.
3. CLUB FEST 2002:
Clubsfest will be held on Wed. Sept. 4 this year, and will be
moved for the first time ever into the MUSC and the outdoor quad between
the MUSC, Mills Library, and the art gallery. Set-up will begin at 8:00
am, with opening at 9:00, closure at 2:00pm, and tear-down completed by
3:00. In order to register for a table, you must sign up online at
www.msu.mcmaster.ca/clubs by July 15. More specific details about
clubsfest will be sent as we get closer to the date.
If you are interested in participarting in Clubs Fest 2002 to represent an ensemble or the mcmaster music council, please email Scott Cowan, Music Table Co-ordinator ASAP at [email protected]
4. MUSIC FROSH LEADERS:
If you are interested in greeting frosh as a music spirit rep, please email Lisa and Erin at [email protected] for more information.
5. DATA BASE:
So far we have a total of 22 emails... although this is good start, we need more. Let your friends know about this so that they can send us there email address.
