~:Band Bio:~

Serpent Underground formed in early 2002 with Ralph (Lead singer/Song writer) and Bryan (Guitars). After a few months of song writing, the two decided the time had come to bring in a drummer--enter Rich.
In 2003, the trio began recording their first demo, "Spread the Warning." The result was creativity and vision. The lyrics embodied the thoughts and desires of each member encircled in a macabre and sinister musical theme. Many live shows would follow, including a very memorable performance at the Whisky a Go-Go in Hollywood in July 2004. The band played to over 200 screaming fans.
In September of 2004, Serpent Underground finished recording their latest demo, "Hail the Dawn". The demo consists of the songs Caroline, Tangled, and Hail the Dawn.
The "Hail the Dawn" Demo unleashes a fury of wicked Industrial/Metal rhythms and soul piercing vocals. The "Hail the Dawn" Demo shows the diversity of its member's influences, as well as the infectious melodies and emotion provoking lyrics that tempt the masses.
Since its release , the Hail the Dawn Demo has received an overwhelmingly positive response. The song Caroline has been featured on the X103.9FM Local Band Spotlight feature (San Bernadino, CA). The song Hail the Dawn has been featured on the WLFC 88.3FM The Foundry radio show (Findlay, Ohio). All three songs from the demo---Caroline, Tangled, and Hail the Dawn have been on rotation on the Internet radio station Metal Faction (www.metalfaction.com).
Serpent Underground recently acquired a new bassist, "The Bone" . He has added a new driving force to the band-- and live shows have never sounded better. The band is currently making its mark in the new music scene, playing shows on a regular basis. Fan base and CD distribution are on the rise, "Its best that I spread the warning now, because when they strike it will be quick and from out of no where."...(Quote from espudd.com review of "Spread the Warning" demo).

Oh hell these guys are amazing. I have heard alot of bands that sounded great but I have to admit I think these guys will go far. - Sin

These talented group of guys are worth taking the time to check out. I have yet to be disappointed by them. I highly doubt I ever will. Not only do they look good but they sound good. The song you are hearing now (If you have pushed play that is. If not then push play already) is "Devils Of Flesh". Just one of many song by this group of extraordinary guy. I love the intoxicating music they create and hopefully you will too. If you would like to hear more about them and their music, check them out. - Sasha

Really, what is there to say about this band that hasn't already been said? Well, I can try. :) They are a breath of fresh air in a music scene that seems to be killing itself. These guys are fucking great. Not only is the music just to DIE for, but they are such sweethearts, and oh so cute! ^_^ You will be seeing more of these guys. THAT I can say with confidence. -Jess

Based all over Southern California. These guys create some magical music. From their enchanting lyrics heard on "Caroline" to their heart stopping, breath stealing words of wisdom on "Tangled" (both available to pleasure your ears on myspace.com) - Cassandra

This local band of hotties are not only candy for the eyes but candy for the ears as well. These guys are not only musically talented but they are great to hang out with. Each one of these guys has a personality to die for. (Meeting these four has been the greatest pleasure in my life). With drums that beat harder than any heart. A bass so sweet. A guitar that could melt a heart of ice. And vocals that could make just about anyone scream for more. - Jen Jen
