I have a gift art for Maeva up. It's going to be in the gift art section. Well, it's also a MAG submission, but i really don't want to win MAG. Hehe, stop looking at me that way! ^__^ It's because, compared to all the other lovely previous winners of MAG, i really don't have a very endearing character to me. I don't have a lot of experience in art in general, and all the originals i've come up with are just for aesthetics...practice in setting, CGing..ideas that's been sitting in my head for a while. =) So, i hope i don't win, if i do, i'd be so embarressed! ^_^ So first and foremost, this is a gift. =) For more piccies of Luriah, her character, and lovely lovely art, go visit her site!

Mweeeeeeeee! New art up! And it looks very purty, IMO. My fingers are like, practically rotting off at the joints! Ewww.....that sounds so nasty.....XD~! Well, i've decided that although bgs are a bi*ch, they're also the funnest thing to do since bumper cars. =D Chalk this one up to experience, and also, to one of the funnest CGs i've done to date....even though i still adamantly say....the toucan was a bi*ch! XD~!
I don't have any other outlines in quene, so the next one would probably take a while. =) Not like anybody cares...*nobody ever signs my guestbook! ;_;!*

New art up. =) Took me a month...about da*n time, huh?
=) Life's been hectic lately....my aunt was back from France for around a month, plus the fact that it was Chinese New Years....all equals a very busy me. =) Luckily, Chinese New Years has been very generous to me...so yay! New scanner! Go me! =P Now i don't have to worry about finding time to go to my local computer cafe to scan in my stuff....not to mention my local computer cafe shut down from lack of business...hehe. =)

Well, yay, new layout in the works! =) My sister is helping me out with this, so stuff's progressing at a pretty fast rate. This is definatly a whole new layout...i wanted it to look au' naturale...hehe!
It's supposed to look like an abstract look at an artist's cluttered workspace. ^_^ And it's all in BG, because yeah, colorless, black and white...it all goes. ^_^ Although i hope it doesn't look too boring.....O_O.
Man, concerning the rest of my site....i have no clue how to do the layouts! XD~!.

I tried working on the outline/concept for a new piece of mine, directly from my tablet onto Painter today, but dood, it's so hard. n_n. Everything is so hard to match up....i guess there isn't any easy way out of my scanner problem! Maybe i should just buy one......naw......! Now that that's done and over with!
Actually.....a scanner is rather expensive, and i just don't feel like dishing out the dough for one. ^_^;
Today i also went on a *shopping* spree of sorts. Well, so okay,surfing for fonts arn't exactly how you define *shopping*....but you don't have to be so anal about it.....eheheh! Eh, well.....yeap, so i think i'm going to try to remodel my page. Try is the key word...i haven't learned any new html since the last time i scrapped my layout!

Got an original piece up. ^_^ Check it out here . A new technique, yet again! Maybe i should perfect my current techniques, instead of branching out in who knows what directions. Hehe...jack of all trades, but master of none. ^_^ Anyways, i rather like it...but it's a bit of a rush job. CGing is getting tedious to me....it always takes so long!
Well, i'm currently working on two other CGs....a Legato fanart and the art trade.....but i'm stuck on both of them. >_< You can check out the lineart for the Legato fanart here, if you want to. I *really* like my Legato piece..I just don't feel like finishing them! What to do,what to do? I'll finish them later..i guess. Gahh! Procrastinating again, i see?!? ::smacks forehead::

I have an itching nerve to draw original arts lately. O_O I have a whole bunch of finished ink works lying around..but i don't feel like working on them too. I guess i might end up just stuffing them in the junk art section....even if they're perfectly fine....! Gosh, what's with me lately? I'm so fickle! ^.^

An update, and update! =) Well, i just finished a new piece, it'sa Gravitation fanart....go check it out! Oooh....pretty! .....must.....CLICK!! . It's my first forage into cel-style CGing....i must say, it's not too bad. ^_^ Although i still perfer soft-cel. This one took me a while too...::note to self....as well as improving the quality of my art overall.....must.....SPEED UP....CGING...PROCESS!!!!::
Hmm.....if anybody who stumbles upon my humble abode happens to know any cool oekaki places, then drop me a line! I heard oekakis are the *in* thing as of now.....so i....must......JOIN! Wow, it's been a month and a half since i've finished anything? XD~! That's cause i've been suffering through a bout of artist's block. Yes, there *is* such thing. ^_^ Plus.....i'm one lazy mo'fo. As if anybody didn't know that already.......muahhah~! Well, thank god artist's block is gone...and whoo-hoo, i do believe i've even actually improved during the month and a half lapse! I'm looking at the stuff i've put up here, and i have an itching urge to scrap a lot of pieces. ^_^ I dunno, i just feel like it's definatly not repersentive of how i draw now.....not that i'm any better......ehehhe! But they're such eyesores....blah! Well, if i do so, then my gallery would be a lot more emptier than it already is. Which is pretty darn empty. Why do i have to be such a gawddang slow worker! XD~!
Well, i have a finished piece rite here....go check it out! ^_^ It's my first tablet work too......yes, i have................*dun dun dun* got a tablet! It's a Wacom graphire, btw. I got it yesterday, in fact..it was a spur of the moment purchase too. Hehe, don't worry, i'm not a really voracious spender......but it's definatly worth every penny! I got a new link up too.... Well, since i'm done with my *drawing/inking* cycle, you'll definatly see more stuff from me soon. ^_^ Dood......that new piece by me took me like.....7 hours to CG. And it's a relatively simple piece too.....i choose that one to work with first 'cause it's the most straightforward of all the stuff in my batch. O_O I wonder how long my other new stuff would take to CG? Like THIS one. Oooh boy, it's going to be a long week. ^_^

Whoo-hoo, i've scanned everything! Which means, get ready for new additions anytime soon. ^_^ Matter o' fact.....i just finished my latest CG. Nothing too fancy, just a trade pic between me and Naomi of *We are the Robots* Her site is under construction, so yes. You can check out the piccy here ^_^ I think i went overboard with the snow effect. Hm....well, i scanned in the pics for the pose gallery, so you should see that up in a day or two. Gotta figure out how to organize it. ^_^ Man, i'm sleepy. Oh yeah...and Happy Thanksgiving to ya too! I totally forgot 'cause my family doesn't celebrate Thanksgiving....pity me. Mm....updates! I should be alsleep now...but anyhoo..my old Escaflowne doujinshi is up in the doujinshi section. Old as in..prehistoric. Go there if you want a good laugh. Hey, it was a year ago, k? Totally horrid art. *sigh* On a personal note, i'm in a horrible mood rite now. Well, one of my pieces, the mermaid one, is currently in the top ten at Mediaminer. Well, i'm happy that it is in the top ten, since i invested a lot of time and energy on it. And an artist's always happy when someone thinks one's art is spiffy. But it seems like people are more biased against my art now. My newest piece got totally shot down by some mean voters. >=( I know it's not perfect, but i seriously don't think it deserves a 6.50 out of 10.00. Well, it never happened before to me before, and i'm just pissed over it. I personally don't care how high my art is ranked, but playing dirty is just despictable. *sigh* Another thing to chalk up to my already bad mood.

Hehe....i've offically gone clique-crazy. ^_^ I tried to limit my choices down to a few...but....there's so much cool cliques out there...gahhh~! The wierd thing about me is that i work in intervals...consisting of these cycles. The drawing/inking cycle, the scanning cycle, and the CGing cycle. Blame it on the fact that i don't have a scanner at home. -_-;; Rite now, i'm just wrapping up my drawing cycle....so gimme a week or two, and you'll definatly see a lot of new additions. >=D Thinking of doing a Setsuna fanart....he's simply too cool! ::avidly reads sister's Angel Sanctuary manga:: And they have translations online!
