Earlier (during 2005 to 2014) I used to use ITR contractors to submit my ITR. Their responses: Contractor 01 Asked my: 01. current CTC? 01. Email id registered at ITR? 02. OTP I receive from my number registered at ITR? => to login at ITR and to change my email and number at ITR I have to provide 4500.00 INR to that contractor during 2013 to 2014 Contractor 02 Asked my: 01. current CTC? 01. Email id registered at ITR? 02. OTP I receive from my number registered at ITR? => to login at ITR and to change my email and number at ITR I have to provide 4000.00 INR to that contractor during 2012 Contractor 03 Asked my: 01. current CTC? 01. Email id registered at ITR? 02. OTP I receive from my number registered at ITR? => to login at ITR and to change my email and number at ITR I have to provide 10 percent of my ITR that I receive after refund during 2022 From 2015 to till now I am submitting the ITR and refund re-issue to ITR myself. Initially during 2022 I have submitted ITR(income tax) for 2022-2023 Later I have closed my salary account during 2023 and re-opened new my salary account of that bank. Hence refund at ITR_2022_2023 failed during 2023. Here goes the steps to raise refund reissue again for that submitted ITR of last income tax year.

I am assuming that the user already registered their PAN at income tax using their PAN card. Initially login at itr url

Provide your password and continue

Select second radio button to generate OTP

Select second radio button and click continue

Click I agree and click get aadhaar otp

Wait for you to receive related SMS at your mobile registered during your aadhaar card.

Enter your OTP received at SMS and click login.

Browse Services Click Refund Reissue

Click acknowledgement Click continue

Select your changed salary account Click proceed your verification

select OTP on mobile number and click continue.

Enable I agree and click get aadhaar otp

Provide OTP and click validate OTP

Note down the transcation id Submitted successfully
