I WAS UNABLE TO OPEN FIXED DEPOSIT(NET BANKING AND YONO) AT SBI FROM 2019 TILL 13-Apr-2023 FOUR SBI BANK MANAGERS INFORMED ME THAT I HAVE OPENED MAXIMUM LIMIT EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE CLOSED. HOWEVER I WAS USING MY JOINT SBI ACCOUNT TO OPEN FIXED DEPOSIT TILL Thu 24-Feb-2022 IST AND I WAS USING MY WIFE'S SBI ACCOUNT TO OPEN FIXED DEPOSIT TILL Wed 12-Apr-2023 IST HENCE I HAVE CLOSED MY SBI ACCOUNT ON 13-Apr-2023 I HAVE SUBMTITED 2022-2023 ITR refund using that closed SBI account DUE TO THIS MY 2022-2023 ITR REFUND DELAYED from 13-Apr-2023 to Fri 06-Oct-2023.
I have submitted my Grievance on Thu 27-Jul-2023 IST On same day Thu 27-Jul-2023 IST they mentioned the status as resolved without refund. I have re-submitted Grievance again on Thu 03-Aug-2023 On same day they mentioned the status as resolved without refund. I have called 18001030025 and shared the status. On Tue 01-Aug-2023 they created new Grievance and it is in Submitted status on Thu 03-Aug-2023 01:00 PM IST AFTER SUBMITTING GRIEVANCE OR REFUND REISSUE: a. DO NOT CHANGE YOUR PRIMARY MOBILE NUMBER b. DO NOT CHANGE YOUR SEOCONDARY MOBILE NUMBER c. DO NOT CHANGE YOUR PRIMARY EMAIL d. DO NOT CHANGE YOUR SEOCONDARY EMAIL e. DO NOT CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS f.
