Socio-demographic Profile of the Participants
Using the Information Sheet (available upon request through e-mail) given to the participants, the following data were extracted:

1. Students
   1.1 The age range is from 12-16 years old.
   1.2 Majority of high school students with OFW parent/s in Muntinlupa City is of the female gender.
   1.3  Majority of the participants with OFW parent/s are first year (34%) students.

2.Overseas Working Parent/s:
   2.1 The age range is from 36-45 years old.
   2.2 Majority of the OFW parent/s had graduated from high school and college levels. Most of the participants� OFW parent is the father. Although, the study also showed that there is an increase of mother OFWs over the four-year span.
   2.3 Majority of the OFW parents� country of work is in Saudi Arabia. This is followed by OFW parent/s working in the USA, and Japan.
   2.4 Majority of the OFW parent/s type of work belonged to the skill category of service. This is followed by OFW parent/s who were professionals, and thirdly those in the technical field.
   2.5 Majority of the OFW parent/s has been working abroad from 1-2 years to a maximum of 11-15 years.
   2.6 The OFW parent/s use the cellular phone to communicate with their respective family.

3. Parent/Guardian at Home:
   3.1 The age range is from 40-60 years old.
   3.2 Majority of the parent/guardians at home has graduated from high school and college levels. Majority of the parent/guardian at home are the mothers, followed by the fathers, aunties, and the grandmothers.
   3.3 Majority of the parent/guardian at home are homemakers. For those who work, they work outside the City of Muntinlupa.
   3.4 Majority of the parent/guardian at home belonged to the work skill category of service.
4. Almost half of the participants know how to use the computer but this usage is for typing and printing of school assignments and projects. For the few who have e-mail addresses, they use these for the purpose of communicating with their OFW parent/s. For the few who use the Internet, its use is for school works. Computer access is mainly from Internet caf�s. 

5. For the participants who said they would like to take the chance to visit their parents abroad said they would do so to learn/experience new things, culture, life, etc.
