In light of Christ's soon Return, it is our responsibility to remind all, that God is not only a God of Love, but when it comes to rebellion and sin, He is also a God of Wrath. Are you ready to face the Wrath of God? Revelation 6:17 says, 'For the great day of His Wrath is come, and who shall be able to stand?'
Will you be able to stand?

DOING EVIL IN THE EYES OF GOD

The words, 'DOING EVIL IN THE EYES OF THE LORD', are used over and over again in the Old Testament. They also describe conditions in the world today. There is a three letter word that covers the EVIL THAT GOES ON IN THE EYES OF THE LORD, it is called SIN. Satan said, "I WILL", to God, and man has wittingly or unwittingly joined him in the sin and rebellion of his agenda. Tv, movies, sex, violence, greed, gluttony, pride, self will and slothfulness, you name it, all interfere with obeying the voice of God and reaching out to Him, He Who is Living, and Holy.

The call to repentance comes to all, the Church, Christians, non-Christians, everyone. The Prophets of old called for repentance. Christ, in His messages to the Churches in Revelation 2 and 3, gave the call for repentance five times. If there is a time when mankind needs a call to repentance, it is now.

James 4: 7-8 tells it like it is. "Submit yourselves to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you."

As Jesus wept over the City of Jerusalem, He must now also be weeping over His Creation - "How often would I have gathered thy children together, as a hen gathers her brood under her wings, and you would not." (Luke 13:34) Who will face their sin, rebellion and works of darkness, who will repent of them, who will turn to Almighty God and seek Him? Who will submit to God and make an effort to draw closer to Him? Who will love Him, worship Him and honor Him by living a godly life? WILL YOU? Two of the saddest verses of Scripture are John 1:10-11 "He was in the world, and the world was made by Him, and the world knew Him not. He came unto His own, and His own received Him not."

Where do you stand when it comes to these verses, do you know Him, have you received Him?

Yes, there will come a day when Christ will sit on a Great White Throne, and at that time, whosoever is not found written in the Book of Life will be cast into the Lake of Fire. (Revelation 20:10-15 Daniel 7:9-10)
Yes, finally Satan's and mankind's rebellion and sin will no longer be tolerated. The Day of God's Wrath will come, He will do away with all ungodliness. Until that Day comes, "The Judge stands before the door." (James 5:9 and 2 Timothy 4:8) That Judge is Jesus Christ. When He comes through that door, will you be ready to face Him?

Do you relate to any of this? If you have not already done so, fall on your knees right now, pray and repent. Call on Jesus to cleanse you of all your sin. (Joel 2:13 ) "Rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the LORD your God: for He is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness,"

Slow to anger, gracious and merciful, but you have to ask yourself, "For how long?" How long do you think the Lord's patience will last? When it comes time for God's Judgment, He will show no mercy on those who keep rejecting Him, but He will be merciful and just with all who come to Him. Maybe you don't recognize sin in your life. What about rebellion, anger, pride, and carnality? Choose Jesus willingly, NOW. If you are repentant and know it is time to surrender to God, do so, NOW. It will not be a life of ease, but one of Eternal value.

(Rev 3:5) 'He that overcomes, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the Book of Life, but I will confess his name before My Father, and before His angels.' What did the Lord say? 'I WILL NOT BLOT OUT HIS NAME.' It must mean that for some, He will blot out their name.

Those whose names are not blotted out of the Book of Life, those who overcome, shall inherit all things. God will be their God, and they shall be His sons. Those who are written in the Lamb's Book of Life shall enter the Eternal City that has no need of the sun, neither the moon, to shine in it; for the Glory of God will Light it and the Lamb will be the Lamp of it. The throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it and His servants shall serve Him, forever and ever! (Revelation 21:7,23,27 22:3,5)

"O.K." you ask, 'What is this place that is in outer darkness and that has weeping and gnashing of teeth?' The place is called Hell and it is as real as it gets. Brimstone and Lake of Fire, are also words used in reference to Hell. These words are not made up by overzealous preachers, they come from God's Word. People's reaction to the mention of this subject usually brings forth the well worn phrase, "Hell, Fire and Brimstone", and a frown on the face, or a laugh. When the Day of Judgement comes, the frown and laugh will turn to horror, and a parting regret of, "Why didn't I listen?", will envelop them. (Matthew 23:33 Mark 9:42 -50)

Time is Short! Prophecies are in motion and are being fulfilled. This is not another conspiracy theory, this is a reality check. Where do you stand? Whom do you serve? Make the right choice for Eternity, NOW.
