If you want to insert special charecters other than on your key board you can find in the windows charecter map

you can insert these symbols in any document .

here you can go to charecter map

start > All programs > Accessories > system tools > charecter map

you can also go to charecter map by

Start > Run > type " charmap"

Now you can see the charecter map window like below

You can select any charecter from it and check Advanced view button for more

click on the charecter you need and copy and paste it in any document ..
