Let's begin by saying this. There are no rules to the UCA only Standard's. These Standard's are very basic and most people know them without even reading this. It's common sense and respect for your fellow Gamer. With all that said, the UCA Standard's follow.

The UCA is not here to be judge and jury over every game you play. We are here and we were founded solely for Multiplayer game purposes. Our purpose is to give You the gamer, good ole house rule love as close as is possible online.

  1.  If your opponent is
Mana Screwed, give them a break. If their deck is completely backfiring on them, be compassionate.

  2.
Do not use BROKEN CARDS. Broken cards are those cards which are made without thought for the entire HISTORY of Magic. (Kokusho, Tooth and Nail, Kiki-Jiki, Myojins, Legendary Shrines, etc.. etc.. etc..) You all know what we mean by this. The combinations caused by these cards destroy game play for everyone in the game. If you use these cards, use best judgement when playing them so not to completely destroy all enjoyment for other players.

  3.  Keep
honor in your game. Yes it is only a game and some of us are having bad days. Try not to take it out on everyone verbally. If you are having your brains bashed in, it is understandable if you wish to concede. Just do it in a polite manner and appologize.

  4.  Do not just play to win. Play to have fun, explore the possibilities of deck creation. Try something NEW! Learn to lose with Grace. (Y
eah even Im working on losing with Grace. lol)

  5.  Inquest.
NO! Absolutely NO Inquest Decks. Be original. MAKE it yourself. If you have difficulties comming up with your own deck ideas, members of the UCA are always willing to help give new Deck Ideas.

  6.  Don't worry. BE HAPPY! We are here for fun.

  7.  Being a
Affiliated Clan to the UCA does not mean you have to devote all your time to the UCA. It just opens up the opportunities which are limited with being in a clan of limited size.

  8.  Do not team in Multiplayer (FFA) games. Yes we all do have friends and we tend to spare them from our wrath until the end. Sparing your friend is acceptable. Teaming up with them to crush someone is not.

  9.  If you are playing a Two-headed or Three-headed Giant game with your friends or clan members and your using the same type of decks. Please inform your opponents that you are using Team Decks. People are understanding when you say it, not when you lie about it!

  10.  Land Destruction, Theft, Counter Decks, Chaos Decks, Lock Down, Mass Bounce, Mass Discard. These are all
SERIOUS play decks and not Casual. Keep them in their catergory and do not bring them to the Casual Rooms. It is of course acceptable to run one or two LD cards or a couple of Counter Spells, but do not base your decks SOLELY on these things.

Now for the standards we are not so happy to have but must be in place.

  11.  All Affiliated Clans are subject to Membership by actions of Members of their Clans. What this means, if multiple members of your clan have broken the list of Standard's and continue to do so, they find their way into the UCA Block List. Meaning they are not welcome to come play in the casual enviroment since they are not playing in a casual way.

  12.  Once a Clan has reached so many Members on the UCA Block List, the Clan Captain will be contacted and informed of their Member's activities. The Clan Captain then has the option of either correcting the issues with said Members or removal of their clan from the UCA.

  13.  If a Clan has over HALF its Members on the UCA Block List, and the Clan Captain has done nothing to correct the issues taking place, the Clan will be placed onto the UCA CLAN Block List. What this means, is that the Clan is acting as a Black Sheep and is disrupting others from enjoyment of the game. We are here for fun, not to have to deal with Punks.

  14.  If you are ever placed onto the UCA Block List and feel that you have been undeserving of it. Please
contact Cobralta and inform us that you wish to be removed from the UCA Block List and that you are willing to follow the Standard's of the UCA in Casual Play. Cobralta will at that time contact you, review the reasons concerning your Block, and take all actions he can in order to help correct the issues surrounding your block.

More Standards may be applied in the future, so just check back often to keep up to date on the list. If you have any questions of concerns of things listed or NOT listed in this list of Standards,
contact Cobralta.
