Q: What is the UCA?
A: The UCA, or United Clan Alliance, is a organization of clans which share a common standard of game play and vow to uphold the honor of those standards.
Q: Do I have to be in a clan to join the UCA?
A: Yes. In order to join the UCA, you must be in a Affiliated Clan of the UCA.
Q: I'm the Captain of a Clan and I want to join the UCA, what do I have to do?
A: Well, first of all, it is very important that you read the UCA Standards. If they sound acceptable to you, then you will need to have your clan also review the Standards. If your clan also agrees, you are then encouraged to put in an application to the United Clan Alliance, where it will be reviewed for approval.
Q: Who is the Leader of the UCA?
A: Although the UCA believes every clan has a voice, there are several leaders in place to keep track of everything. Cobralta is the Leader of the UCA and also the Webmaster. Shay_Seraph is the CO-Leader of the UCA and handles mostly Inner-Game relations. Igloo is also a UCA Leader, however he is the silent partner in the organization, he is a leader but not a member.
Q: I was told by a UCA Member that they won't play with me because my clan is blocked by the UCA. Where do I find out why my clan was blocked?
A: The information reguarding the UCA Block List and the UCA Clan Block List is privlaged information to UCA Members only. If you have been informed you have been blocked or your clan, you may feel free to contact Cobralta and inquire with him as to the reason for the block.
Q: I want to play with UCA Members, but I am blocked or my clan is blocked and I have done nothing wrong. How do I correct this?
A: If your clan has been blocked by the UCA, and you are not the cause of it, the simplest solution is to leave the clan. If your a player with honor and wish to be apart of the UCA, either start your own clan founded on the Standards of the UCA, or join a existing UCA Affiliated Clan which is recruiting. (You can find that information on the Affiliated Clan page) If you have been personally blocked, the reason as to your block can be reviewed and you will be notified if requested.
Q: My brother sometimes uses my account and he got me blocked by the UCA, I want unblocked!
A: We are sorry, but account sharing is strictly prohibited by the Code of Conduct and Terms of Services. You are responsible for all actions on your account. Although we do not support most of the rules of the COC and TOS, we do uphold them.
Q: I have a complaint reguarding a UCA Member, who do I tell?
A: You may inform Cobralta or Shay_Seraph and we will review the situation.
Q: I have a complaint reguarding a UCA Leader, who do I tell?
A: Well... in this situation.. your just out of luck. While yes, you may have a valid complaint. We are not the complaint department, we are also NOT a democracy. While we do listen to those around us on suggestions, we are the Leaders of the UCA and our decisions are final. If you see a Leader of the UCA behaving in a manner not befitting the UCA, let that leader know that you feel that they are not setting a good example. All you can do.
