The bills for your loans should start coming about a month or so after you finish school. You should not receive any type of billing as long as you are in school. As for the interest rates and information of that nature, it is decided by whoever lends you the money.
Believe it or not, Benedictine does not get paid from the tuition. This is a non-profit organization. The University gets money from two main sources, which is tuition and from the phonathon program. The phonathon is basically about calling and asking alumni and parents for contributions and this adds on towards scholarships and awards that are given.
