Presentation Dinner Season July - December 2008 @ Intercontinental

The presentation dinner for the season July - December 2008 was held at Intercontinental Hotel in St. Julians. All winners, individuals and teams were presented with their respective awards from Middle Sea Insurance, official sponsors of MTBA National Leagues.

Mr. Mario Meli for Ghaqda Kittieba Sports presented the trophies to all winners of the tournament held early this year sponsored from Ghaqda Kittieba Sports.

Mr. President Julian Pace Bonello gave the awards for the Under 16 and 23 National Champions

Presentation Dinner Season January - July 2008 @ Sorreda Hotel

The presentation dinner for the season Jan - July 2008 was held at Sorreda Hotel in Qawra. All winners, individuals and teams were presented with their respective awards from Mr. John Buttigieg who was representing the Middle Sea Insurance, official sponsors of MTBA National Leagues.

The buffet and place were very well presented and here we would like to thank the manager, Mr. Dennis Cutajar, for his assistance. Also we would like to thank all those individuals who helped MTBA by contributing various items for the raffle, mainly Sorreda Hotel, Francis Sullivan (Trablu), Neil Sullivan, Eden Superbowl, Rankin Camilleri and John Balani.

MTBA Youths Participating in World Youth Sports Festival

A group of 7 youths together with Team Manager Liliana participated in this year World Youth Sports Festival in Vienna Austria. The youths were, Christabel and Ryan Grima, Sabrina D'Emanuele, Michaela and Gabriel Borg, Matthew Cossai and James Vassallo.

Their participation was very successful and the results are as follows:

Boys 15-18 Category (41 players competing)
James 5th 3307 (missing top 4 by 2 pins)
Ryan 9th 3251
Matthew 15th 3110
Gabriel 39th 2492

Girls 15-18 Category (16 players competing)
Sabrina 13th 2438 (however she was sick for 2 days with fever and vomiting and did not eat anything)
Christabel 14th 2367

Girls 11-14 Category (10 players competing)
Mikaela 6th 2456 (she did very well considering she was one of the youngest the others were twice her size)

Presentation Dinner Season July - December 2007 @ Bella Vista

The presentation dinner for the season Jul - Dec 2007 was held at Bella Vista Hotel in Qawra. All winners, individuals and teams were presented with their respective awards from Mr. John Buttigieg who was representing the Middle Sea Insurance, official sponsors of MTBA National Leagues. Mr Julian Pace Bonello, MTBA president gave the rewards for the Intermediate and Junior Championships while Mr. Mario Meli presented the rewards for the Ghaqda Kittieba Sports Tournament, a tournament which is held annually.

The buffet and place were very well presented and here we would like to thank the manager on duty for his assistance. Also we would like to thank all those individuals who helped MTBA by contributing various items for the raffle, mainly Bella Vista Hotel, Francis Sullivan (Trablu), Neil Sullivan, Eden Superbowl, Rankin Camilleri and John Balani.

@ Salina Wharf Hotel

This presentation dinner for the season Jan - Jun 2007 was held at the Salina Wharf Hotel, Qawra this August 2007. All winners, individuals and teams were presented with their respective awards from Mr. John Buttigieg who was representing the Middle Sea Insurance, official sponsors of MTBA National Leagues.

The buffet and place were very well presented and here we would like to thank Mr. Jesmond for his assistance. Also we would like to thank all those individuals who helped MTBA by contributing various items for the raffle, mainly are Salina Wharf Hotel, Francis Sullivan (Trablu), Neil Sullivan, Eden Superbowl, Rankin Camilleri, Shawn Bugeja and John Balani.

Also Knock Out competition winners were presented as well with their achievements.

Presentation Dinner for Season January - June 2006 @ Vivaldi

The dinner was held at the Vivaldi Hotel this August. All individuals and team players who won any reward were presented their trophy by Mr. Mark Farrugia representing Middle Sea Insurance, MTBA National League Sponsors.

The presentation went very well and all who was present had a very good evening.

Oltremare Open November 2005

As last year this year we went again to Naples to participate in the Oltremare Open. Although we did not manage to bring very good results as last year still we obtained good results especially when you consider how difficult the lanes was.
