| The Great Fifth Grade Adventure is a project that I created to allow my students to plan their own exciting trips to interesting destinations throughout the United States. Every fall fifth graders at the Triangle Day School create detailed itineraries, itemized budgets, and eye-catching visual displays to share their trips. Then, the class votes and selects a trip to be taken in the spring. Past trips have included Boston, Charleston, Williamsburg, Atlanta, Baltimore, and Washington, DC. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
