Spanish Rice

2 lbs ground beef
3 cups cooked rice
3 stalks celery, diced
one onion, diced
3 can tomato soup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Brown ground beef, celery and onion.  Drain.  Mix ground beef mixture,
rice and tomato soup in 9 x 13 baking dish.  Bake for one hour.

Tekilla�s Pasta Voodoo

Chicken Breast Boneless ( 2 Per Person)
Olive Oil
Garlic ( Fresh or Jar)
Seasoned  Salt
Cajun  Seasoning Spices
Lite Soy Sauce
Butter
Thin Spagehetti
Parmesian or Romano Cheese (grated)
Mushrooms (Shitake works good,  but you can use any kind)
One or Two Medium Sliced Onion
Tabasco Sauce
Bacon (About 1/2 package Cut up into thin slices)
Tequilla  (one shot)

Saute Bacon, Onions and   Mushrooms in olive oil, butter, and light soy sauce .... also add 2 crushed cloves of  garlic.   (Use about 1/4 Stick of butter and 3 Tbl spoons of Olive Oil) Season with all the spices...

In a separate pan , fry boneless breast of chicken in olive oil and  and one Tbl spoon of Crushed Garlic.

Season Chicken with Garlic Powder, Seasoned Salt, Cajun Spices  as hot as you like it... and Light Soy Sauce and one shot of Tequila. Boil up your thin Spagehetti ....

When  Chicken is done .....  Mix the Spagehetti up with the Bacon, Mushrooms and Onions .... including the oil....   Sprinkle with Parmagesian  or Romano  Cheese .... and then Serve with The Chicken over the pasta.. Add some tabasco sauce over the pasta... to your taste.

You can also Substitute Shrimp (16 per pound count) for the Chicken....
