Calzones

1 loaf frozen bread
Olive oil
1/2 pound Italian sausage (browned)
1/2 pound of Canadian Bacon
1/2 pound of Hamburger (browned)
1 pound of mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of black olives (sliced)
1/2 cup of mushrooms (sliced)
1/4 cup of onion (finely chopped)
2 quarts of your favorite spaghetti sauce (preferrably
homemade) LOL

Allow the frozen bread dough to rise and then divideit into 4-5 equal parts.  Roll out the parts into round pizza like shapes.  Prick the surface of the dough with a fork and sprinkle lightly with olive oil. Spread the spaghetti sauce over half of the dough. Pile on sausage, canadian bacon, burger, olives, mushrooms, onion, and cheese as per your taste on the half covered with sauce.  Fold the other side of the dough over the top so it makes a half circle and seal it well.  Place each calzone on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 35-40 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.  Pour your remaining calzone ingredients into the spaghetti sauce, and then lovingly smother the baked calzones with more sauce.  This is a large and very filling meal if you make them at this size.  Enjoy!
