NEIMAN MARCAS RIP OFF COOKIES

2 c. butter
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c sugar
5 c blended oatmeal (fine powder in blender)
24 oz choc chips
2 c brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 8oz grated hershey bar
4 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
3 c chopped nuts (pecans are good)

CREAM BUTTER WITH BOTH SUGARS
ADD VANILLA AND EGGS
MIX WITH FLOUR, OATMEAL, SALT, BAKING POWDER AND SODA
ADD CHOC. CHIPS, HERSHEY AND NUTS
ROLL INTO BALLS  2 INCHES APART ON COOKIE SHEET
BAKE TEN MINUTES AT 375 (MAKES 112 COOKIES, CAN BE HALVED)

Chocolate Chip Banana Cookies

4 1/2 cups flour
4 tsp baking power
2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 1/3 cups mashed bananas
3/4 cups milk
2 tsp vanilla
1/1/3 cups shortening
1 1/3 cups sugar
4 unbeaten eggs
2 cups chips

Add dry ingredients together. Mix bananas, milk, vanilla together, than mix in the rest of the ingredients. Mix all together. Add chips. Drop by spoonful on greased cookie sheet.  Bake 10 mins at 400 F.
