Cheesecake: Crumb base: 3 cups of crumbs 1/4 cup of melted butter 1/2 cup of ground almonds 1/4 of sugar In a bowl put the dry ingredients mix well and slowly add the butter stirring mixing it well. Pack lightly in a cookie sheet, refridgerate till it hardens. Cheesecake filling: 3 packages of cheeese 1 1lb. whip cream thawed Whip the cheese till very creamy..... no lumps allowed, fold in the whip cream till smooth. Spoon onto the cookie sheet and smooth it out. Refridgerate. Add your favorite pie filling on top, or do as I do.... pour it on as you eat the cheesecake. (it doesn't harden as fast) |
