The Task

A) When the WebQuest is completed you should have the following information on the animal your group was assigned:

• What type of habitat does your animal live in?
• Will your animal always live in the same type of habitat throughout its life?
• What food does your animal eat?
• What does your animal drink?
• How often do you have to feed your animal?
• How big can your animal become when it is fully grown?
• How much will your animal cost to buy?
• How much does your animal's food cost?
• What could our class learn from this animal?

B) Once you have all the answers and have fully researched your animal, you will need to create a persuasive letter to the class convincing them (based on the information you learned) whether your animal is the pet we should or should not have in the classroom. This letter must be convincing and must have information that you learned about your animal.
