A Friendly Inn
This little bed and breakfast is located about 4 blocks from the center of Harvard Square and is a couple blocks from the Church. It offers a breakfast, private baths, and air conditioning with every room. It's address is 1673 Cambridge St. and has parking available. Their rates are around $130 per night, and varies depending on the day. Call 617.547.7851 for reservations. There are 17 rooms total, and there were 10 left for our wedding weekend when I called in late December.
Cambridge Marriott
This is great hotel located at the Kendal Square T stop on the Red Line. It's has very easy access to Harvard Square and downtown via the subway. We called for rates and they said $130 on weekends, $289 on weekdays (!!). The non-refundable rates are about $30 cheaper.

Sheraton Commander
This Sheraton is a very nice hotel located a few blocks from the center of Harvard Square and a block from the Church. It is located on 16 Garden Street and has parking available. Kinda expensive.

The Irving House
A bed and breakfast right around the corner from The Friendly Inn that offers some parking and air-conditioned rooms. Rates for a shared-bath single start at $85/night. 800.854.8249
Mary Prentiss Inn
Located at 6 Prentiss St, near the Porter Square T stop in Cambridge. This is a small inn about 8 blocks north of Harvard. Cheap cab ride to wedding, and close to T for getting around town. (617) 661-2929. Also, ask about their new location in Kendall Square which will be open by June 2002.
