The Darkside is Growing
In this small scene which would have taken place after Jango Fett's meeting with Zam Wesell, Yoda and Mace Windu discuss the Sith and the Darkside while walking down a dark corridor in the Jedi Temple. This scene was combined with the "Obi-Wan and Mace - Jedi Landing Platform" scene which is now the scene in the final movie with Obi-Wan, Mace and Yoda on his floating platform.

Scene 014- EXTERIOR JEDI TEMPLE-NIGHT
The vast Jedi Temple sits on an endless flat plain, silhouetted against the traffic-filled sky.
Scene 015- INTERIOR JEDI TEMPLE, CORRIDOR-NIGHT
MACE WINDU and YODA walk down the long hallway, silhouetted by a lit room at the end.
MACE WINDU
Why couldn't we see this attack on the Senator?
YODA
Masking the future, is this disturbance in the Force.
MACE WINDU
The prophecy is coming true, the dark side is growing.
YODA
And only those who have turned to the dark side can sense the possibilties of the future.
MACE WINDU
It's been ten years, and the Sith have yet to show themselves.
YODA
...out there, they are. A certainty, that is.
There is a long silence as they walk away. Only footsteps are heard.
