I am Arnab Banerjee, currently living in Charlotte, North Carolina. Originally from India, I was brought up in Calcutta - the city of joy! I have lived, worked, studied and travelled extensively in India, Europe and USA. In all those years, I have gathered many amazing memories, made many wonderful friends and enjoyed my exciting journey of life.
Professionally, I am an MBA and engineer. I did my bachelor in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Jadavpur University, Calcutta in 1995. After working several years in India, Europe and USA, I decided to go back to school for an MBA. I went to Kenan-Flagler Business School in University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill during 2001-2003. Now, I am working for a management consulting firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
I have many diverse interests beyond my academic and professional life. I am an active outdoor enthusiasist - Mountaineering and Climbing are my strongest passions. I am also an amateur photographer. I love exploring, travelling, skiing, hang-gliding, hiking, camping etc.among many other hobbies. Writing is my another passion - I have published many articles in different journals, mostly mountaineering related. I like to share some of my different interests through these pages.
