| Information Tertiary Preparatory Program (TPP) was started in 2003 by Mr. Bicknell as web-based distance learning for IELTS and TOEFL for students who want the ability to take tuition at their convenience. Candidates can ideally work from anywhere they have internet access even with minimal resources. A microphone, speakers, headphones and a webcam along with access to their own e-mail account, MSN Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, and or Microsoft Netmeeting will allow most if not all computer users to prepare for various exams via the World Wide Web. Courses and tuition will have both synchronous and asynchronous formats to ensure tutor and candidate are in communication as much as possible. The pre-packaged tuition and courses available from January 1st 2003 are listed below. Those not ready will be given a projected completion date to the right of the course or tuition code.
