Staff
Each staff member has completed necessary courses in child development and is required to attend 15 hours of in-service training annually. The center encourages and subsidizes additional education of the staff. The director has been at the center for over 15 years. The teacher-child ration meets or exceeds that which is required by the state of Illinois.The staff at Marilyn Queller participates in planned educational and social activities, coordinates field trips and learning projects, observes at other centers, and continues to enjoy working with our children year after year. Staff are trained in first aid and CPR. All teachers are members of NAEVC.
