FORMER READING WOMAN CLAIMED

MRS. OZILLA WHITESEL TO BE INTERRED FROM LOCAL METHODIST CHURCH

   Mrs. Ozilla E. Whitesel, former resident of Reading was taken by death at her home in Lawrelville, Ohio, yesterday morning.  Her body will be brought to this city tomorrow noon and may be viewed by friends at the Wagner funeral home until 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon when funeral rites will be held from the Methodist church.  Rev. H.B. Lewis will officiate. 
   The decedent, who was a daughter of Jacob and Mary Bussard, was born in Hocking county, Ohio, in 1843 and came overland to Illinois with her parents in 1852.  They located in Reading and she made her home there until her marriage with Archibald Whitesel of Tarleton, O., about 38 years ago.  They resided in Tarleton until the death of Mr. Whitesel in 1910.  Since that time Mrs. Whitesel has resided in Laurelville.  She leaves many relatives and friends in Ohio and Illinois but none of her immediate family survive. 
   Early in life she became affiliated with the Methodist church and has since been a faithful member.
