Miss Annie Burton, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Delos
Burton, of Manville, died March 15th, at the home of her uncle, Mr.
John Burton, southwest of Streator, where she was visiting, and was taken
suddenly ill, and was called away by that cold messenger, death.
Mr. and Mrs. Burton and family have our deepest sympathy in their sad bereavement.
Dearest Annie thou has left us
We your loss do deeply feel,
But 'tis God that has bereft us
He can all our sorrows heal.
Yet again we hope to meet you
When these toils of life are o'er,
And in heaven we hope to greet you
Where no farewell tear is shed.
