Welcome what's left of my old webpage...
and the feeble beginnings of something new!

This Geocities mirror of my old awpti.org website has been distster for years. For a long time, I was keeping a very updated site, mostly with information about how my ex-wife Daniela Leimone, aka. Daniela Hasel, screwed me over in my divorce and about my wonderful daughter Allison who my ex had kidnapped, but for some reason, Yahoo took that entire page down. (geocities.com/arizonataxi). It was taken down in mid-2004. There is a lot of cool old content that my websites have had over the years that is never coming back, and for that, I apologise. I've simply lost the files, and lack the time or resources to recreate it. I will keep adding and updating things here as I have the time to, though, and dumping my thoughts here for the world as I find the time and motivation to do so. An interesting place on the web to see my drivel is my LiveJournal. However, I lost my password to it again, and that's no longer being updated.

For a while my favorite thing to add to my website was audio of my various court hearings against and involving my ex-wife. Eventually I hope to do that again, but right now I'm without anywhere to host the audio streams. That's too bad, since my ex Daniela says the stupidest things in court, especially when she doesn't have a lawyer. As for myself, I rarely have a lawyer, but I do a reasonable job of playing one in court. I did have a lawyer at my criminal 'domestic violence' trial on December 23rd, 2004, though. I got lucky, and the Maricopa County Public Defender's Office appointed a private attorney for me named Margarita Silva. We developed such a great relationship, that she even represented me at one of my family court hearings pro bono. I highly recommend her for anyone in need of criminal defense in the Phoenix area, and she can be reached at [email protected]. Although her and I spent months preparing a defense to present against the domestic violence charges initiated by malicious false allegations made by my ex-wife, and subpoenaed 10 witnesses, all cops, we never had to present it. I was found not guilty based solely on the cross-examination of my ex-wife, the wanna-be victim. Well, Ms. Silva did a hell of a job discrediting Detective Kim Baker of the Phoenix Police, and showed she was biased and insufficient in the way she conducted her so-called domestic violence investigation. Anyway, I can't wait to get the audio of it online, as my ex was at her clueless courtroom best, and didn't even have her own attorney prersent to tell her she was messing up. In fact, I think Zubair Aslamy was on vacation at the time.
